Islay con mucho cuerpo madurado en barrica ex-bourbon de Port Charlotte
Nariz: humo rico y potente y turba con un aroma medio cremoso y elegante, algo de espuma de mar con toques de azúcar de cebada y redes de barcos de pesca.
La nariz crece un poco más en la copa con una gota de agua a temperatura ambiente para revelar unas galletas de miel, vainilla y jengibre con un humo especiado y carbón.

Boca: Este es un Islay muy agradable, eso es seguro, algo de vainilla y carnes ahumadas, peras en almíbar especiado, la adición de agua realmente ha impulsado este trago mostrando mucho humo delicado y turba, pimientos blancos y chocolate.
