Envejecido hasta 7 años en barrica de la destilería cerrada de Coleburn. Este trago se ha acabado en barricas antiguas de Madeira.
Nariz: Una nariz muy compleja que resulta muy tentadora. Desde tarta de manzana y vainilla hasta notas dulces de cereales, algunos delicados aromas de trufa con toques de cuero pulido, piel de cítricos caramelizada con un fondo cremoso.
Boca: Increíblemente rico en frutas rojas y toques de canela, una nota picante sutil es amenizada por un roble ahumado suave, dulce pero rico, un poco de especia se desliza en juego antes de que encontremos una nota de miel y jengibre, cálida y profundamente satisfactoria.
