Nose: Freshly baked shortbread and banana bread. Followed by coconut and waves of peat smoke.
Palate: Thick and creamy with notes of vanilla and buttered digestive biscuits. Slight hints of gooseberry and a long smoky finish.
Finish: The peat smoke is prominent here with a lingering tropical fruit.
