They’ve picked out this 15-year-old Glen Elgin, first aged in a refill hogshead and finished in a first-fill Bordeaux red wine cask! Distilled back in 2009, it forms part of the bottler’s 2025 outturn. Just 241 bottles have been released at a hefty cask strength of 61.3% ABV. Expect rich earthiness, coffee, clove and red berry notes.
