Our Soho Selection series is all about bottling remarkable spirits with an esoteric twist. And we’re delighted to branch out into rum with this extraordinary bottling from Foursquare! Aged for 17 long years in a barrel, this powerful expression has been bottled at 61% ABV to capture that deep complexity that the Barbados maker has become known for. An essential addition to every rum lover’s collection.

Tasting note:

Nose: Initially quite juicy with ripe peach and mango notes, before prunes, sultanas and dusty dark chocolate notes arrive.

Palate: Bold and dessert-like with treacle tart, maple syrup and a tiny hint of smoke. The stickiness is lifted by a touch of lime peel. 

Finish: Long and rich with aromatic oak spices.
