Nariz: Rico en chocolate amargo y roble carbonizado, algunas frutas oscuras secas y especiadas y un toque de almendra dulce. Albaricoques y dátiles con un poco de almíbar dorado.
Paladar: Muy rico y magníficamente equilibrado, algunas frutas secas con un toque de naranja confitada, manzanas y notas de caramelo añaden mucha profundidad al paladar medio, jarabe de arce y gofres, algunas especias suaves y persistentes en el final.
