Our friends at Little Brown Dog are back with the second batch of this charmingly named blended Scotch, Drookit Dug. ‘Drookit’ means ‘drenched’ or ‘soaked’ – and we can see why the connotation makes sense with this inherently sippable, sharable bottling (please drink responsibly of course!). It’s a vatting of bourbon and sherry casks, the youngest component distilled on 24 March 2016. The team notes that there’s much older liquid in here too, along with a high malt content. Just 606 bottles have been made available, so snap this one up fast!

Tasting notes from Little Brown Dog:

Nose: Beeswax, pineapple juice, bog myrtle

Palate:  Honey nut loops, Milka milk chocolate, barley sugars

Finish:  More honey, soft sweet spice
