Nariz: Muy rico, como podríamos haber esperado por el color profundo de este ron fuerte en barrica. La nariz del chocolate amargo se encuentra con la miel y el caramelo, con un poco de especias dulces secas y cáscara de naranja. 
Paladar: Suaves con un sabor cremoso y completo, las frutas oscuras están aquí en el frente pero suavizadas por el caramelo y el chocolate, las frutas frescas y la mezcla de caramelo y miel dan como resultado un rico final, la agradable dulzura del chocolate, las avellanas y la miel se suman a un rico y largo sabor. -Regusto con cuerpo que llena la boca.
Una regla muy de la vieja escuela que llama la atención y a los fanáticos del estilo ron oscuro.
