Made using both Coffey column and copper pot stills, it’s been aged in a cohort of ex-bourbon barrels, which were vatted together ahead of a final six-month finish. Fresh tobacco, raisins, vanilla, pineapple and vanilla sit alongside a raft of sweet spices throughout the nose and palate.
