Nose: Sherry-soaked raisins, candied orange peel dipped in dark chocolate and a hint of liquorice.
Palate: Christmas cake, red fruits and more chocolate, all contrasting with waves of coastal peat.
Finish: long lasting, drying peat and a sprinkling of sea salt.
