Paladar: Chirivía asada con miel y tocino ahumado y crujiente. Mucha salmuera y algunos higos secos combinan muy bien con el humo de la hoguera bien integrado.
Finalizar: Ceniza y naranja-chocolate negro junto con un toque de tomillo. Queda humo de leña espeso y denso.
