Founded in 2020 by Danny Saltman, a whisky enthusiast, and Saul Taylor, a finance expert, this London-based independent bottler has redefined the whisky landscape. With nearly two decades of expertise in the alcohol industry, Saltman’s mission was clear: to create a whisky collection that would offer an unforgettable experience, combining rare, hand-selected casks of Scotch whisky with the distinctive finish of kosher-certified Israeli wine barrels.
