Nose: Rich fruitcake filled with raisins and black cherries, stewed spiced apples and a touch of liquorice.
Palate: More rich black cherry, balanced with the freshness of cut grass and winter spices. Sweet florals develop alongside more liquorice and oak.
Finish: Spicy oak and lingering vanilla.
