Italian independent bottler Hidden Spirits has turned 10! Founded back in 2013, it releases both Scotch whiskies and rum in limited edition formats. This anniversary edition celebrates Highland maker Ardmore, which isn’t all that widely seen. Bottled at 53.2% ABV, its strength lets the peated distillery character shine. Deliciously earthy and herbal, there are vanilla, honey and even orchard fruit notes in with the smoke.
