Whisky de centeno Adnams - 47% ABV

¡Whisky de centeno inglés aquí, elaborado en Adnams en Suffolk! Y no cualquier whisky de centeno inglés, sino uno elaborado con grano elaborado localmente, en un lugar llamado Reydon, que se traduce como "Rye Hill". ¡Adecuado! El puré es 75% de centeno, 25% de cebada malteada y ha sido envejecido durante un mínimo de cinco años en roble francés nuevo. ¡Sabroso por cierto!

Nota de cata:

Nariz: De la copa saltan pimienta picante, canela y nuez moscada, junto con atrevidas notas cítricas y miel.

Boca: Muy a cereal con bayas de seto y dulce de azúcar espeso, antes de que aparezca una suave hojarasca.

Final: De longitud media con un toque terroso.
