Μύτη: Τολμηρά εκ των προτέρων αρώματα με φρυγανισμένα φρούτα, πλούσια στρογγυλεμένα καπνιστά κιπάκια, χόβολη φωτιάς με πικάντικο τόνο ξηρού καρπού, δαμάσκηνο, με άλλα σκουρόχρωμα φρούτα να ξεπροβάλλουν, καθώς αυτό το ρούμι κάθεται στο ποτήρι και ανοίγει αργά για να αποκαλύψει ένα πιο κρεμώδες και στρογγυλεμένο άρωμα.  
Ουρανίσκος: Η αντίθεση της μύτης και του ουρανίσκου είναι εντυπωσιακή κάθε φορά, καθώς η γροθιά είναι εξαιρετικά λεία και φρουτώδης, στη συνέχεια η γεύση ενισχύεται με έναν πικάντικο μεσαίο τόνο πιπεριού και πλούσιες νότες τζίντζερ και μελιού, περισσότερα μπαχαρικά οδηγούν στο τελείωμα που είναι απαλό αλλά τολμηρή. Με μια πλούσια γεύση από σκούρο καραμέλα, που μοιάζει με καπνό τύρφης στον ουρανίσκο πριν πάρει μια βανίλια και ξηρό μπαχαρικό.
