The name ‘Staoisha’ is used by the independent bottling community to denote peated Bunnahbhain — and that’s exactly what we’ve got here! Aged for 10 years in total, this single malt has had a good long Pedro Ximénez finish to impart all manner of plum and fig notes in with the signature smoke. It’s a vibrant and youthful dram which packs a punch at 57.3% ABV.
