The 2023 release of Maker's Mark Cellar Aged. This bourbon is created using a blend of 11 and 12 year old bourbon which is bottled at a cask strength of 57.8% ABV. The Cellar Aged bottling combines their warehouse and cellar maturation to create a well-age bourbon without over oaking.
Nose: Stone fruits, caramelised brown sugar and buttered toast.
Palate: Oaky yet balanced. Strong notes of vanilla bean and red fruits.
Finish: long with toasted oak, more caramel and warming spices.
