Μύτη: Βανίλια και ελαφρύ μέλι, λίγη φρυγανισμένη βελανιδιά και ελαφρύ μπαχαρικό, ίσως μια πινελιά καπνού απαλές λουλουδένιες νότες.
Ουρανίσκος: Κρεμώδης βανίλια και μαλακό μπριός στο φούρνο, λίγη καραμέλα και θαλασσινό αλάτι, πικάντικο αλλά πολύ απαλό με ελαφριά καλοκαιρινά φρούτα και σιρόπι, πολύ απαλό στο τελείωμα.
