This edition has been matured in Oloroso sherry and PX sherry butts, bottled at 46% ABV and non-chill filtered.
Nose: Manuka honey, rich red fruits and lashings of golden syrup.
Palate: Blackcurrant, coffee beans and stem ginger in syrup.
Finish: medium finish with lingering notes of crushed almonds.
