A powerhouse of a whisky from Glenfarclas bottled at 60% abv. This expression is aged for 16 years and is a limited edition in of the classic 105 bottling. Glenfaclas prides it's on being one of Scotland's oldest family owned distilleries and are well known for their sherry cask maturation.
Tasting notes:
Nose: Butterscotch, vanilla pods and stewed red fruits in spices.
Palate: More red berries, buttery fudge and biscotti.
Finish: A velvety finish with sherry and dark chocolate notes which go on and on.
