Whisky from the maker is typically set aside for The Singleton, so it’s a rare treat to see it in this context. This nine-year-old is released at natural colour and cask strength.
Tasting notes from the bottler:
Nose: Crisp apple, Cereal hints and some sweet notes coming through.
Palate: A strong mix of fruit and spice is evident initially with a follow up of honey notes.
Finish: Medium woody spice.
