Speyside single malt distillery Glen Moray has become known for its cask innovations in recent years. This release, from its Warehouse 1 series, really shows its expertise in this area. Whisky distilled in 2013 and initially matured in ex-bourbon barrels has been finished in just four Amontillado sherry casks for two years. A total of 1,258 bottles were released, offering an array of honey, apple and nutty notes.
