One of Scotland's smallest distilleries, Daftmill has already gained a cult following for its excellent grain-forward seasonal expressions and traditional approaches. Located in Fife, north of Edinburgh, the distillery was founded by brothers Ian and Francis in 2003, gaining its licence a couple of years later. Today, they release high-quality, small batch expressions made with barley grown on the surrounding farm, and its own spring water.
