Ρούμια παλαιωμένα σε βαρέλια ex bourbon για 4 χρόνια μετά αναμειγνύονται μαζί πριν ωριμάσουν για περαιτέρω 10 χρόνια πριν εμφιαλωθεί.
Μύτη: Πλούσιο και πολύ φρουτώδες με νότες απαλού καφέ και κρέμας, σοκολάτας και απαλό φοντάν με μια νότα γλυκύτητας κόκκινου μήλου και γκαλά πεπόνι.
Ουρανίσκος: Νότες από καρυκευμένα φρούτα, λίγη σκούρα κόκα και φρέσκο κόκκινο βελούδινο σφουγγάρι, λίγο καπνό. Ένα ωραίο παρατεταμένο λείο φινίρισμα.
