Μια πολύ ενδιαφέρουσα κυκλοφορία από την ομάδα της Cadrona, Matured in First Fill Quercus Robur oak cask’s 663, 678, 671 & 685 με καρύκευμα σε βαρέλι κρασιού Pinot noir.
Μύτη: Βανίλια και πλούσια μούρα, ρόδι κόκκινης σταφίδας και μαλακό πεπόνι με μια πινελιά σκούρου καραμέλας και αποξηραμένες φλούδες εσπεριδοειδών με κρυσταλλωμένα τροπικά φρούτα.
Ουρανίσκος: φρυγανισμένο σουσάμι εύθραυστο, ντάμσον με φρυγανισμένο μπριός και σκούρες γλυκές γκοφρέτες, μια πινελιά από γλασέ ντόνατς και αποξηραμένη μπανάνα, με λίγη ώρα στο ποτήρι πιο πλούσια λεία στρώματα βγαίνουν μπροστά με εκπληκτικό στρογγυλεμένο φινίρισμα.
