Η ειδική έκδοση Bunnahabhain κυκλοφορεί για το φεστιβάλ Feis Ile 2023. Αυτό το single malt ωρίμασε σε αμερικανικά δρύινα βαρέλια και ολοκληρώθηκε σε βαρέλια Sherry Manzanilla για 6 χρόνια.
Γευσιγνωσία:
Μύτη: Βουτυράτα αμύγδαλα, λουκούμι, ξεσκόνισμα από μοσχοκάρυδο και πλούσιο δέρμα.
Στόμα: Ο καπνός της ακτής χτυπά πρώτος. Τα κύματα φυκιών και σπρέι αλατιού δίνουν τη θέση τους σε γλυκά, βραστά μήλα και χριστουγεννιάτικο κέικ γεμάτο φρούτα, καλυμμένα με παχύρρευστο αμυγδαλόπαστα.
Φινίρισμα: μακρύ και πικάντικο με ζαχαρωμένους ξηρούς καρπούς, αστεροειδή γλυκάνισο και αχλάδι.
