It’s here! The very first release from Leith’s Bonnington Distillery. Aged in a single ruby Port cask, the expression is limited to just 500 bottles. Distiller Jamie Lockhart has hand-signed each one! According to the Bonnington team, expect notes of dried pears and citrus on the nose, with sweet malt, creamy berries and ginger on the palate. The finish is long with gentle spice. A momentous milestone for the maker!
