Distilled in 2015 and bottled by The Whisky Jury in 2023, the seven years this rum has spent in cask has resulted in a rich and robust spirit. Sitting at a punchy 62.2%, each sip of this exceptional rum is layered and expertly crafted. A drop of water helps it to open up into bright tropical fruits.
Tasting notes:
Nose: Papaya, pineapple and aromatic spices
Palate: More tropical high-ester notes. Ripe banana and subtle oak come through
Finish: lingering cinnamon and nutmeg with a hint of guava.
