Næse: Glat og kompleks på næsen, hvilket gør det til en dram at undersøge lidt mere. Nogle blomsternoter fra foråret blander sig med en cremet toffee-tone, sød honning og mørke tørrede frugter, sandkage og butterscotch tilføjer det sidste touch til den fremragende næse. 
Gane: En dejlig rig åbning til ganen, nogle glatte noter af mørk og cremet toffee, med en rig kandiseret citrus og lidt krydderi- og kanelboller ristet med et skvæt chokoladesauce, rige og frugtige noter tilføjer ganen, figen og saftig sødt dadler, med et strejf af cremet honning og let skummende kaffeskum. En dejlig dvælende glat finish til denne meget fornøjelige single malt.
