Næse: En meget rig og lokkende næse, honning, lidt vanilje og smørkaramel nogle søde lette frugter ferskner & abrikoser og citrondryp, strejf af marcipan.

Gane: Lidt lækker citrus på ganen, kandiseret appelsin og en subtil citronfromagebase, noter af tanninrig malt, rigt mørkt sukker, tørret sultana- og rosinkagebarer med en lang og harpiksagtig finish, der inkluderer nogle mørkerøde frugter og et strejf af sirup .
