En fantastisk værdifuld blandet malt her aftappet af teamet hos Mossburn Distillers. Dette er en stærkt tørv blandet malt lavet med whisky fra øerne i Skotland. De blev omformet til first-fill bourbonfade for at afrunde nogle af de tungere toner for en lidt mere tilgængelig dram.

Smagsnote:

Næse: Dristigt røget, men også med en blomstret elegance - der er citrus, honning og lyng i tørven. Sandkager kommer også.

Smag: Mere af den lækre røg, efterfulgt af vaniljestang, karamel, iswafer og elastoplast.

Afslutning: Lang med mere røg.
