Næse: Tilsæt mandel, vanilje, tørv i nogle sherrynoter. Pizzaovn trærøg, æble. Nogle antydninger af hvid peber, og nogle vegetabilske noter, nogle mørke bær og damsons, citrus og noget tørv.

Gane: Til tider meget syrlig med lækre spændende badenoter, appelsinsegmenter og sej toffee og vaniljekrydret bolle med antydninger af friskbagt sodavand og røget kød med lidt olieagtig tørv og olivenolie, meget frugtig og afbalanceret i afslutningen med mere røg og tørv for at friste dig tilbage til et glas mere.
