Næse: Søde og krydrede aromaer på næsen, kanelstænger og antydninger af ristede vafler, lidt ingefær og mandler, nogle søde citrusnoter, vinterfrugtkage og lidt tørret appelsinskal. 

Gane: En cremet start med søde frugter i frugthave og presset ingefær, nogle bløde lakridsrodnoter tilføjer en lækker kontrast til mellemganen, malede cashewnødder er helt sikkert her og tilføjer til en rig mellemgane, sherryfaden har tilføjet så meget til denne dram, den er afbalanceret og rig lige til det sidste.
