A vibrant blended malt here from undisclosed distilleries, offering a bold, fruity perspective on Scotch. Drawn from a hogshead, it demonstrates just how satisfying a perfectly balanced, sweet-savoury whisky can be. Tropical melon and fresh nectarine combine with leafy green notes, granola and an earthy funk for a complex yet utterly sippable whisky. Utterly delicious.

Tasting notes:

Nose: Fresh, bright and bold, Galia melon and nectarine spring from the glass, alongside strawberry lace sweets, caramelised almonds, granola, and rosemary notes. A subtle earthy note adds depth, along with some leafy green notes.

Palate: Alongside a popcorn, brioche bun sweetness, palm hearts and a rubbery funk combine for a pleasing sweet-savoury balance. Salted caramel, malt loaf, chilli spice, and traditional liquorice sweets build complexity.

Finish: Medium length with boiled sweets and a rich earthiness.
