TERMS AND PRIVACY POLICY: By entering the prize draw, all entrants confirm they have read, understand and agree that the terms and the Milroy’s Privacy Policy are binding to them. Milroy’s reserves the right to amend these terms; to hold void, suspend, cancel or amend this competition at any time. All entry instructions issued by or on behalf of Milroy’s shall form part of these Terms and Conditions.
ELIGIBILITY: This prize draw shall only be open to online users from the UK mainland and are 18 years or older. This prize draw is not open or available to residents of Northern Ireland and nor is it open to employees or family members of any employee of Milroy’s or any person employed by Milroy’s, or any person employed by any supplier to Milroy’s. Milroy’s reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) at any time and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who, or any entry which, it believes has breached any of these terms, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or improper conduct which may undermine the fair and proper conduct of this competition.

HOW TO ENTER: To enter, individuals must do the following within the entry period: (1) leave a review for a product they’ve tried on milroysofsoho.com. Multiple entries are permitted across multiple products. Each eligible published review of a unique product submitted during the Competition Period constitutes one entry. Multiple entries are permitted where each review relates to a different product. Only one review per entrant per product will be accepted. No purchase is necessary, and no payment is required to participate in the competition or to claim the prize. No entries from agents, third parties, syndicates, organised groups or entries automatically generated by a computer, program, application, script or any automatic method will be accepted.
Milroy's reserves the right not to publish, or to remove, any review that is offensive, defamatory, unlawful, misleading, fraudulent, irrelevant to the product reviewed, contains promotional material, infringes third party rights or otherwise breaches these Terms. Milroy's reserves the right to verify that an entrant has genuine experience of the reviewed product and may reject reviews that it reasonably believes to be false, misleading or artificially generated. Reviews generated wholly or substantially using artificial intelligence or automated content generation tools may be disqualified where Milroy's reasonably believes they do not reflect the entrant's genuine opinion or experience.
WINNER: There is ONE (1) winner of the Milroy’s Soho Selection competition. The winner will receive 1x Springbank 28 Year Old 1992 Milroy's Vintage Reserve 50.9% 70cl
The prize winner and recipient will be selected at random out of all qualifying entries shortly after the competition period. The selection of winner will be final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into. ONE (1) name will be drawn and awarded the prize.
PRIZE PROVIDER: The prize is provided by ‘Milroy’s’ trading under the name of Cask Industries Ltd. The fulfilment and organisation of the prize will be carried out by Milroy’s. The prize is strictly non-negotiable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for any equivalent cash value, cash alternative, or for other items. Milroy’s accepts no liability for any loss of entries caused by a technical fault.
THE PRIZE: The winner (1) will win 1x Springbank 28 Year Old 1992 Milroy's Vintage Reserve 50.9% 70cl. The prize is strictly non-negotiable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for any equivalent cash value, cash alternative, or for other items. Should the advertised prize become unavailable for reasons beyond Milroy's reasonable control, Milroy's reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value.
CLAIMING THE PRIZE: Milroy's will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner using the contact details provided. If no response is received within five (5) days after the first notification attempt, the prize may be forfeited and an alternative winner selected. Milroy’s cannot accept any responsibility if any winner is unable to take up the prize or fails to claim
the prize within the time limit as set out above. The winner must be aged 18
years or over and may be required to provide satisfactory proof of age before
the prize is awarded. If satisfactory proof of age cannot be provided, Milroy's
reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner. The
surname and county of residence of the winner may be made available upon
request in accordance with the CAP Code. Entrants may object to this or request limited disclosure where they have legitimate grounds. Milroy's will assess such requests in accordance with applicable law.
LIMITATIONS AND RESTRICTIONS: Milroy’s and its suppliers are not liable and shall not be liable for any change, compensation, cancellation, loss, damage, expense, or failure to perform which is due to any event or circumstances which Milroy’s (or its suppliers) could not foresee or avoid, or which is caused by or arises because of any act or omission by any other party. Milroy's accepts no responsibility for entries that are delayed, incomplete, corrupted, lost, misdirected or not received due to technical failures, internet issues or systems outside its reasonable control. Any tax liability arising from the prizes or rewards will be the responsibility of the recipient. The prize will be delivered to a UK mainland address only. Milroy's is not responsible for delays caused by couriers or circumstances outside its reasonable control. Milroy's reserves the right to disqualify any entrant where it reasonably believes that entries have been submitted using fraudulent means, multiple identities, automated systems, fake accounts or any method intended to manipulate the Competition.
GENERAL: These terms shall be governed by the law of England and Wales, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. This competition follows the UK Data Protection Act 2018andGeneral Data Protection Regulation(GDPR), all information collected follows strict data collection protection principles. The information provided by entrants will be used fairly, lawfully, and transparently. It will be used solely for administering the prize draw. The information will be used in a way that is adequate, relevant, and limited to only what is necessary. Personal data supplied during the Competition will only be processed for administering the Competition, verifying eligibility, awarding the prize and complying with legal obligations. Personal data will be handled in accordance with the Milroy's Privacy Policy available at. By submitting a review, entrants grant Milroy's a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to publish, reproduce, adapt and display the review for promotional, editorial and commercial purposes.
