Plantation 15 Jahre 2007 Under The Sea Clarendon 48,4 % / 70 cl

Destilliert im Pot Still von Clarendon, mit einer Reifung von 13 Jahren in der Karibik, bevor er nach Frankreich überführt wurde, wo eine weitere Reifung von zwei Jahren in Cognac-Ferrand-Fässern erfolgte.

Nase: Viel weiche Sommerfrüchte in der Nase, Pfirsich und rote Äpfel, etwas Beeren und eine sanfte Vanille-, kandierte Orangen- und sanfte Pfeffernote.

Gaumen: Bei der Fülle der Nase ist es keine Überraschung, dass der Gaumen voller Aromen ist: sattes, goldfarbenes, geröstetes Brioche, Anklänge von cremiger Zitronen- und Vanilleglasur, süße Nussaromen und rote Johannisbeeren, einige süße, aromatische Noten kommen von vorne auf den Gaumen das Finish aus Gewürzen und der Auskleidung der Zigarrenschachtel aus Zedernholz.
