Cask Type: Ex Rye Woodford Reserve US Kentucky American Oak ASB 190, Finished in Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry quarter casks. 

LIGHTLY PEATED - AROMATIC SMOKE

Nose: Lightly sweet smoke and peat notes, With dark fruits and forest berries and hints of nutmeg, cracked black pepper, some toasted nutty and oak notes, hints of dry spice and cocoa 

Palate: Warming sweet smoke and dark dried fruits, savory and rounded notes grow across the palate, some salted toffee and a sweet dry spice, almond and walnuts with a touch of candied citrus peel, a long lingering finish.
