It’s got a fascinating bourbon cask make-up too, comprising whiskies aged in first-fill heavily toasted barrels, four-to-six-year old refills from Kentucky, and ones that have been used for over 10 years in the maker’s own warehouses. Released at 46% ABV without chill-filtration or colouring, it’s got the perfect combination of bonfire smoke, honey and stone fruits.
